These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between AIM Studio (a sole trader based in Sunderland, England) and you, the client. By signing up to any AIM Studio service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 1 About Us
AIM Studio is a sole trader business based in Sunderland, England. We provide social media management, content creation, website design and development, and related digital marketing services to small businesses across the UK.
"We", "us", or "AIM Studio" refers to the sole trader operating under that name. "You" or "the client" refers to the individual or business purchasing our services.
2 Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Social media content creation and scheduling
- Graphic design for digital platforms
- Website design and development
- Digital advertising campaign management
The specific services you receive will depend on the package selected at sign-up. Full details of each package are available at aimstudio.uk.
3 Free Website Offer
A complimentary website design or redevelopment is included for clients on the Flow package (£199/month) or Surge package (£299/month). This offer does not apply to the Spark package (£99/month).
- The free website covers design and build only — it does not include domain registration or web hosting
- If you do not already have a domain name, AIM Studio can register one on your behalf — this will be an additional charge and we will always confirm the cost with you before proceeding
- If you do not already have a hosting package, AIM Studio can arrange this on your behalf — again, this will be an additional charge confirmed with you before anything is set up
- We will need content, images, and brand information from you to complete the website — delays caused by late provision of these materials may affect delivery timescales and are not our responsibility
- If you cancel your subscription before the website build is complete, we reserve the right to charge for work completed to date at our standard rate of £50/hour
- Once completed and all fees are settled, the website belongs to you
- Ongoing hosting and maintenance are not included unless separately agreed in writing
💡 We will never charge you for anything you haven't agreed to in advance. Any additional costs — such as domain registration, hosting, or ad spend — will always be confirmed with you first.
4 Pricing & Payment
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance on the same date each month, following the end of your free trial.
- Payment is taken automatically via the card details provided at sign-up
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry — continued non-payment may result in suspension of services
- We reserve the right to update our pricing. Existing clients will receive a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any increase takes effect
- Additional one-off services (such as ad campaign setup, logo design, or domain registration) will be quoted and agreed before any work begins
5 Free Trial
New clients receive a 14-day free trial. During this period:
- Your card details are saved securely but no payment is taken
- You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge whatsoever
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your card will be charged
- The free trial is available to new clients only and may not be used more than once per business
6 Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refund is issued for unused days within a period already paid

- Cancelling your social media subscription does not automatically end any separate hosting arrangement — please notify us separately if you wish to end hosting
- If you downgrade from Flow or Surge to Spark after receiving a completed website, you retain ownership of the site but will no longer be eligible for further free design work
7 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid month, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- This applies to the first paid month only
- One claim per client — it cannot be used repeatedly for the same business
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
8 Content & Approvals
We create content on your behalf based on the information you provide during onboarding. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing content before it goes live, where an approval process is in place
- Ensuring that any materials you provide to us do not infringe third-party rights
- Ensuring content complies with the policies of the relevant social media platforms
- Notifying us promptly if any posted content needs to be amended or removed
We take care to create accurate, on-brand content but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, reach, or enquiries, as these are influenced by many factors outside our control.
⚠️ AIM Studio is not responsible for content posted outside of our scheduled service, or for changes made directly to your accounts by you or any third party.
9 Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and copy created by AIM Studio for your business become your property once your account is in good standing with no outstanding payments.
- You grant AIM Studio permission to use completed work as portfolio examples and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing
- You must not resell or distribute content created by AIM Studio to third parties without our written consent
- Third-party assets such as stock images or licensed fonts remain subject to their original licence terms
10 Limitation of Liability
AIM Studio will always aim to deliver a high-quality service. However, to the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of our services
- Our total liability in any one month will not exceed the fee paid in that period
- We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our control, including platform outages, algorithm changes, or account restrictions imposed by social media platforms
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, as required under UK law.
11 Acceptable Use
By using our services, you agree not to ask us to create or publish content that:
- Is misleading, false, or likely to deceive consumers
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful
- Violates the advertising standards or community guidelines of any social media platform
We reserve the right to decline or remove any content we consider to be in breach of these standards, and to terminate the service immediately in the case of serious breach.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Existing clients will be notified of any material changes by email with a minimum of 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also have the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.
